Jon holds the Certificate and Diploma of the Institute of Fisheries Management (IFM) as well as a University honours degree in Ecology and has worked for the NRA/Environment Agency fisheries department in the UK for 10 years.
Jon works alongside a French colleague to ensure that all aspects of French law are adhered to.
